At The Whiskey Library LLC, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to the perishable nature of our products and legal regulations, returns are generally limited to damaged or incorrect shipments. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.

Send an email to our support team within 48 hours of delivery including your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.

Our quality assurance team will review your claim and images to verify the eligibility for a replacement or refund based on our safety standards.

Return Authorization

If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for the return of the unopened product.
