Tumblin' Dice 11 Year Bottled in Bond Straight Bourbon 100 Proof 700ml

Tumblin' Dice 11 Year Bottled in Bond is Proof & Wood's first-ever Bottled in Bond release, announced March 2026. Distilled in fall 2014 at MGP (Ross & Squibb) in Indiana from an unusual 99% corn, 1% malted barley mashbill, it aged a minimum of 11 years in new charred oak before bottling at the required 100 proof. Only about 400 cases were produced, making it a true collector's release from founder Dave Schmier. Expect charred oak, leather, and toffee on the nose, caramel, maple, hazelnut, and tobacco leaf on the palate, and a dry finish of oak, barrel char, and dark-roasted coffee.
